This website, https://gydlyne.com, and the Gydlyne application (“Website” or “Service”) are owned and operated by SBVRS, LLC. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use the Website.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal information you provide to us through this Website, as well as in email and other electronic communications between you and us. It does not apply to information collected offline or through any other means, including any other website operated by us or a third party.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on this Website prior to the change taking effect. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

Browsing

When you visit our Website, our hosting infrastructure automatically records certain information about your visit, including:

• Browser and operating system information
• Referring and exit pages

We use this information to operate and secure the Website, to troubleshoot problems, and to understand how the Website is used. This data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.

User Accounts

To create a designer account, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• A password, which is stored in hashed form by the underlying WordPress software — we do not store or have access to your password in plain text
• Optional designer credit information you choose to display on your published guides, such as your name, role, and logo

Account data is retained until you request deletion of your account or as otherwise required by law. You may update your account information at any time while logged in.

Subscriptions and Payments

If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect your name, email address, and subscription details such as your plan, billing period, and payment history. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not receive, process, or store your full payment card number — Stripe collects and stores that information directly, subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy.

Content You Upload

Gydlyne lets you build and publish brand guideline hubs. To provide this, we store the content you add to a hub — logos, colors, typography, images, files, text, and any other brand assets — along with hub settings such as its name, web address, and password, if any.

You control this content. We store it and display it on the hubs you choose to publish, and make it available for download from those hubs as you configure. We do not use your uploaded content for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. If content you upload includes personal information about other people, such as your clients, you are responsible for having the right to share it with us. Uploaded content is retained until you delete it or your account is deleted.

Visitors to Published Hubs

When someone visits a brand guide you have published, our hosting infrastructure automatically records the same browsing information described above (IP address, time and date of visit, browser and operating system information). If a hub is password protected, the visitor’s browser remembers that the hub has been unlocked so they are not asked for the password again on that device. We do not run advertising trackers on published hubs.

Support Requests

If you contact us for support, we collect the information you provide, including your email address and the contents of your message. Support requests are handled by email. This information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your request and for our records.

Servers

The Website is hosted using HostGator and is served in part through Cloudflare, which provides content delivery and security services. In the course of providing these services, IP address, server date and time, and browser and operating system information may be logged. This data is not used by us to identify individual visitors.

2. Email Communications

We may send you transactional emails related to your account, such as email verification, password resets, and important notices about the Service. You cannot opt out of transactional emails while you maintain an account with us, as they are necessary to operate the Service.

If you choose to join our mailing list, we may also send you product updates, newsletters, and other promotional communications through Mailchimp, our email marketing provider. You may unsubscribe from these at any time using the link included in each email, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Please allow up to 10 days for us to process an opt-out request.

3. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar browser storage for the following purposes:

• Keeping you logged in to your account
• Remembering that you have unlocked a password-protected hub
• Operating the checkout and subscription process

You may refuse to accept browser cookies by adjusting your browser settings. If you do, you may be unable to access certain parts of the Website, including logging in to your account.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share personal information only with the following categories of third parties, each of whom processes it on our behalf and only for the purposes described in this policy:

• Cloudflare, which provides content delivery and security services

Gydlyne is intended for use by professional designers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
